Extended Change of Mind or Exchange Period:
You can return or exchange a product that you have purchased in-store or online for any reason within before 14th January 2025. Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition and where applicable must include original packaging, with all tags or labels still attached. Please see our Returns Policy.
This extended return period does not apply to items that have been special ordered, custom made or engraved post purchase.
We require proof of purchase for any return or exchange.
Click and Collect:
Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to shop online and collect your order from a selected Victorian Hoskings store. However, stock is subject to availability. Orders must be collected during store operating hours.
After your order has been placed you will receive an email or SMS (depending on what you selected as a preferred contact) confirming your order is ready for collection, along with the store details. Please see our Click and Collect policy.
