Shipping
Currently we have two shipping options:
- Delivery – Shipping to any address within Australia.
- Deliver to Store – Selected product sent to nominated store for collection. Victoria Only.
Delivery
Hoskings Jewellers currently ships within Australia only.
Enjoy FREE shipping on all standard orders over $79 (excludes giftware items).
We strive to get your order to you as soon as we can. Generally items are shipped within approx. 1 – 3 business days from placement of order. If for any reason your order is delayed, we will contact you via phone or email.
Once order has been shipped please allow 2 – 5 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Metro: 1 to 2 business days
Country: Up to 5 business days
Interstate: 3-5 business days depending on lodgement and destination points
Orders are shipped via Australia Post from our Melbourne location.
Orders under $79 will be shipped Standard Parcel Post.
Orders over $79 will be shipped Express Post. Please note due to the current restriction Australis Post is not guaranteeing next day delivery with Express Post.
Hoskings reserves the right to use alternate couriers.
Bulky items, such as giftware, are not shipped express post. Please allow extra time for delivery.
Collection from a store can be selected at the checkout using our Deliver to Store option.
Please note: To protect our customers Hoskings normally requires a signature on delivery for orders over $79. If you are not home to receive your goods they will be delivered to your local Post Office for collection, however due to contactless delivery Australia Post do not require a signature at this time.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
Deliver to Store
Shop online. Free pickup in-store.
- Shop online and add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and select Deliver to Store as your preferred delivery option.
- Select the store you would like to collect your order from.
- Enter your payment details to complete your order. You will still need to fill in your address details even when you choose click and collect. You will then receive an email notification confirming your purchase.
- When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an SMS or email notification from your nominated store (please check your spam/junk mail).
- Your selected store to contact you when your order is ready to be collected (see timeframes below).
Note Regarding Store Collection:
Deliver to Store orders will only be released under the following strict conditions:
- Please bring a copy of your order confirmation.
- Photo ID will be required to collect orders.
- When paid with a credit card the credit card used for the transaction must be presented to our staff upon collection. ie. Physical card must be sighted.

Collection Timeframe
We will prepare your order as quickly as possible.
Once it is ready for collection we will let you know. Deliver to Store orders usually take between 1 and 5 working days depending on the item availability and store selected and up to 7 days for regional stores.
Once your order arrives in-store you will receive an SMS or email to let you know it is ready to collect.
Please note:
- Deliver to Store orders are processed and delivered from our Melbourne warehouse to your selected store for collection.
- If item available in-store you will receive notification within 1 to 2 days.
- Delivery from our warehouse to Metro stores is normally within 2-5 business days.
- Delivery from our warehouse to Regional stores are normally within 4-7 business days.
- You will receive notification via SMS or email when your order is ready for collection.
- Unfortunately we are unable to offer Deliver to Store for our Northern Territory stores at this time.
