The standard 3 month lay-by service has been extended for stores in lockdown.
Please rest assured your lay-by is safe and due to the current circumstances we are very flexible with repayments.
Special Order and Repair Customers
Due to lockdown some special orders and repairs may be delayed. In areas where stores are temporarily closed, our team will continue to serve you however possible. We will continue to monitor your special order or repair.
You can make a payment on your lay-by / special order / repair by contacting our Customer Service Team on 1800 819 796 Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.00pm. You will need to provide your details including which store is holding your lay-by.
Collecting Lay-by / Special Order / Repair
If you would like to complete your lay-by / special order / repair we can arrange free shipping or in some cases contactless delivery. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 1800 819 796 Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.00pm to co-ordinate this for you.
Warranties – Australian Consumer Law
Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
