Shipping and Handling
How much does it cost to ship?
We offer free express shipping within Australia on orders above $99. For orders below $99, we charge a flat rate of $10 per order.
How long does it take for you to dispatch an order?
We generally process and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. However, if the item you have chosen is only available from our regional stores it may take a little longer. We will let you know of any delays via email.
How will my item be shipped?
Most parcels are sent with Australia Post. However we sometimes use a combination of other courier companies, such as CouriersPlease and Fastway for larger parcels. If you have any specific delivery requirements, please leave your instructions during the checkout process or contact us at email@example.com
What if I'm not home?
For your protection we require signature on delivery. If you are not home to receive your parcel you will have a card letting your know it will be left at your local post office for collection.
Where do you ship?
We ship to any location within Australia including PO Boxes and parcel lockers.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange something I don't like?
We offer a 14 day change of mind return/exchange in store and online, excluding special orders. The item must be returned in ‘as new’ condition with original packaging and warranties.
There's something wrong with the item. What do I do?
Please get in touch with us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide information on the faulty item. Our Customer Care team will repair or replace any faulty item in accordance with ACCC regulations. If we accidentally sent out a wrong product, we will replace it for you at our cost.
Can I get a refund on my order?
If the refund request is received within 14 days, the item is ‘unworn’ and in ‘as new’ condition with original packaging and warranties, then a refund is an available option.
Who pays for postage?
For change of mind returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for organising the return postage. You can also return and exchange an item you bought online at any of our stores.

Can I use a Gift Card bought in store for an online order?
Our online store is not currently set-up to accept in store gift cards. However please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that our Customer Care team can convert it to an online code.
Does my Gift Card expire?
Yes, a Gift Card is valid for three years from the date of purchase.
Can I replace a Gift Card / Voucher if I have lost it?
Gift Cards and Vouchers are to be treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
